Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), exchange/return is simple, provided certain criteria are met regarding the condition of the order.
14-Day Exchange Policy:
Items purchased from SheMovesOnline.com come with a 14-day exchange policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, and the packaging of the item(s) has not been opened or damaged and is in perfect condition, you are welcome to exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value within a period of 14 days.
To be in perfect condition, the product must be unworn, unwashed, with no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells.
The purchase should have been made from SheMovesOnline.com and not through a third party
Exchanges &Refunds:
If you are dissatisfied with the item and wish to return it upon delivery, you are required to email us at manager@shemovesonline.com quoting your name, address and order reference numberno later than 7 days after you have received the item. On receiving the goods back in perfect condition we can refund the paid amount minus cost of shipping.
Defect Return with Exchange
If the product you receive has a defect, is damaged or is an incorrect product (i.e. a product that is different model, size or colour from what you ordered), SheMovesOnline.com will bear the cost of:
- Shipping the incorrect product back to SheMovesOnline.com
- Shipping the correct product to you
Moody-Heart Return with Exchange
If you are returning a product because you had a change of heart as we all can have, we will accept your return as long as it falls within the parameters of our 14 Day Exchange Policy.Please note that in such cases, all shipping charges for return and exchange will be borne by you.
Return & Refund Only
In case you want a full refund without any other product in exchange, please note that SheMovesOnline.com will only refund your payment once we receive the returned products you ordered. The value of the products (excluding additional services such as delivery and penalty fees) will be refunded back to you in your account through the same mode as your payment.
NOTE: SheMovesOnline.com reserves the right to bill a restocking charge for any goods which are returned in unsalable condition or even to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
Incorrect Products
In the event of us having dispatched or delivered the wrong product(s) to you, you are required to inform us no later than 7 days after the delivery. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that the product was satisfactory. In the event of an incorrect delivery we will arrange collection at our expense.

In the event of a customer's non-adherence to one of the terms & conditions mentioned above, while SheMovesOnline.com decides on course of action, the website is still entitled to use their rights in other situations where the customer is in violation.
