The following terms and conditions are applicable to all orders that have been placed by you, the customer at SheMovesOnline.com.
By selecting the "I Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy" checkbox you, the customer:
- Agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy which in effect establishes the contract between you and SheMovesOnline.com.
- Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of your purchase or are making a purchase under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
- Will not have your statutory rights affected by these terms and conditions, as a customer or otherwise.
Alterations to this website and Terms and Conditions
SheMovesOnline.com reserves the right at any time to make changes to this website, its terms and conditions and Privacy Policy that you are required to adhere to. Should the law of the land be affected, such changes will be applied to orders that may have already been placed. If some of the criteria within the terms and conditions become void between you and SheMovesOnline.com, the remaining conditions will continue to apply.
Contract between you and SheMovesOnline.com
When you place an order to purchase products using SheMovesOnline.com, this is an order from you to purchase those products from us. Upon placing this order, an email with the summary of the order details (or Order Confirmation Email) will be sent to you immediately as a confirmation that we have received your order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of your electronic order confirmation typically signifies our acceptance of your order, however SheMovesOnline.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order if the terms and conditions are not met.
Terms for Web Exclusive Sales
Site wide promotions such as discounts are exclusive to the website. When we show a special low price in our newsletter, despite our best efforts to match the website price to the printed price some rare irregularities may occur. SheMovesOnline.com reserves the right to exclude items from site wide promotions.
Availability of Products
Processing of orders is subject to availability of the product. Should the products that you have ordered not be available, rest assured you will be contacted via email with details of the non-availability (i.e. if the product has been discontinued or is temporarily out-of-stock). Furthermore, we woulduse our expertise to suggest an alternative product of equivalent quality and/or price or cancel the order for that product and reimburse to you the order value for the cancelled product in case the alternativeproduct is not acceptable by you. However, the remaining items on the order, if any, will be processed towards dispatch. In the event of us not being able to reach you, we shall cancel the order for that product and reimburse to you the order value for that product and the remaining items on the order, if any, will be processed towards dispatch.
Cost of Shipping
The normal cost of shipping is indicated at the time of placing your order. Shipping charges are to be paid along with the cost of goods ordered, however any other customs, taxes or charges that are applicable in your country, will be borne by the customer and paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Special shipping costs will be checked and quoted for separately.
Children
Although SheMovesOnline.com provides products for children, teens and women, our payment and check out mechanisms are intended for Adults only (i.e. aged 18 or over). In case you are under 18, you may purchase items only under the guidance of parent(s) or guardian(s).
Colours, Fabric & Size of Products
SheMovesOnline.com has made conscientious efforts to display colours and communicate size dimension and fabric details on the website as accurately as possible. While this is the case, please be reminded that the colours you see on your computer screen will depend largely on your screen's resolution. Due to this, regretfully we are not able to guarantee the display shown therein to be the exact match of the product delivered to you.
Sizing information is available in size charts provided on every product page. It is your responsibility to select the appropriate size according to the measurements provided in the size charts. SheMovesOnline.com does not exchange or refund items based on wrong colour or size selection.
Furthermore, please be advised, the colours, dimensions, specifications and quantities of items shown on our website is subject to change without prior notice. Therefore if you are returning to the site after browsing it at a prior time, it is advisable to cross-check the details of your selected products in your virtual shopping cart before proceeding towards payment.
Processing of orders
Upon receipt of your order, SheMovesOnline.com will arrange to ship out all items that are in stock within the first 24 hours. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email. Thereafter we will proceed as stated in the Availability of Products section. SheMovesOnline.com will not be in a position to commit delivery dates of items that are out of stock until an update is received from the supplier.
Prices
Products available on SheMovesOnline.com are priced in United Arab Emirates Dirham's (AED). While SheMovesOnline.com tries to ensure all prices mentioned on the website are absolutely accurate, some errors or omissions may occur in rare cases. Should this happen to an order you have placedyou will be contacted immediately via email. You will then have the option of either confirming your order at the corrected price or cancelling it altogether. Despite numerous tries, if we are unable to reach you we will place your order on hold for 15 days after the date of purchase. If we do not hear from you beyond that, the order will be canceled and the transaction will be reversed. Regardless, you will be updated via email throughout the process.
Payment
In order to pay for our products online, you have to provide our payment gatewayMONEYBOOKERS.COM your credit card details on the secure online order form. By submitting the required information such as
- your name as it appears on the card;
- your 16 digit credit card number;
- the credit card type (Mastercard/Visa);
- the date of expiry;
- the CCV number and
- any other activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card,
you hereby agree that you authorize SheMovesOnline.com's payment gateway MONEYBOOKERS.COM to charge your card. Upon placing the order, the system will automatically ask your credit-card issuer for authorization for this amount. Upon receipt of a valid authorization, your credit-card issuer will debit the agreed amount.
You are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party. You agree to pay all taxes, fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including but not limited to any applicable charges such as delivery, customs fee, etc) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. SheMovesOnline.com is not liable for any unauthorized purchases made on your credit card by any third party. In case of any discrepancies, you are required to notify
SheMovesOnline.com no later than thirty (30) days after the charges first appear on your credit card statement, failing which, you will be required to fulfill those third-party charges put onto you. Further, in the event of SheMovesOnline.com not receiving payment from the credit card issuer, you are required to fulfill all amounts due to SheMovesOnline.com immediately.
As most data sent over email is not entirely confidential and secure, please refrain from sending SheMovesOnline.com any payment information via email.
Losses
SheMovesOnline.com will take full responsibility for any losses incurred by you that may have been a direct result of us violating the terms and conditions, provided they could have been reasonably anticipated by you and us at the time of dispatch confirmation, i.e. where the circumstance could have been avoided if planned otherwise. We will not hold responsibility for you or any third party's loss in business (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage that does not directly result from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents.
In the event of any liability owed to you due to any mishap on our part, the same will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased.
SheMovesOnline.com is not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellations
To cancel your order:

Since we aim towards processing our orders immediately,chances of stopping an order from dispatch may not always be possible.However, should your order already have been dispatched, you are welcome to return the items to us in compliance with our Returns Policy.
Please also note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for any additional services carried out by us such as gift wrapping, shipping, etc. Upon receipt of your instruction to cancel, we will arrange to refund only the cost of the product. You are still liable to pay a 5% processing fee and the additional services as stated above.
Where we could be forced to cancel your order:
SheMovesOnline.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed on the website at an incorrect price or rebate, or where inaccurate information or typographical errors have occurred. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If the credit card has been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled under this clause, ShemovesOnline.com will immediately reverse the transaction on your credit card.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by us between Sunday and Thursday.
SheMovesOnline.com makes all efforts to ensure the dispatch of orders is on time. Upon delivery (to the address provided by you), the responsibility for loss, breakage and damage is passed on to you, the customer. To ensure the goods have been transported safely, you will be required to sign a Delivery Note, accepting the goods intact. Should you find the products damaged or incomplete, please write to manager@shemovesonline.com immediately for further assistance.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities which sometimes include opening the packaging. The responsibility of ordering only permissible items lies entirely with the customer whereby SheMovesOnline.com will not verify or take responsibility towards country wise restrictions, if any, and therefore once the order has been placed and dispatched, our responsibility ends. If you are accessing the website from outside the UAE, it is your responsibility to comply with the local laws, where applicable.
