Hey, I'm Bridie. I am on former exercise hater, PE bludging, insecure in my body girl turned Personal trainer and Pilates teacher. I wanted to help make exercise less "fitspo" and more feel good fun.
I have found that exercise has helped not only my confidence and body image but the mornings i do She Moves, I am a happier, kinder mum and have a pep in my step that i want and need.
I am on a mission to show women that fitness isn't about looking a certain way. It's about how it makes you FEEL.
